Biography	Frank joined Customised Solutions in September 2009 as an Investment Analyst before becoming an Index Portfolio Manager in 2012. Biography	Shariefa joined Customised Solutions in February 2013 as an Investment Analyst. She is primarily responsible for domestic portfolio optimisation and implementation, and is currently developing the skillset to manage and support the international suite of portfolios. Shariefa also contributes to various research projects. Having started on the Graduate Programme within Old Mutual Investment Group in 2009, Shariefa progressed to a role of senior Valuations Specialist, and hence brings with her a strong understanding of valuation methodologies across a vast range of financial instruments in various asset classes. Prior to joining Customised Solutions, Shariefa held a position as Senior Valuations Specialist within Old Mutual Investment Group. Shariefa has four years of work experience within asset management.

Biography	Kingsley is a Fund Manager for OMGXT researching and developing product solutions for clients. Prior to this position he was employed at Stanlib Asset Management for four years as a quantitative analyst then as a senior business analyst/manager. He also worked at Merrill Lynch over a period of four years from 2000 to 2004, firstly within the Technology Leadership Program, working on projects in New York and London, then as a Senior Specialist in the Johannesburg office.
