Mr. Madrid began his investment career in 2002 as a financial analyst with J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. Prior to joining Invesco, he was a portfolio manager in client service and a senior fixed income securities analyst with National City Corp. He joined Invesco in 2009 and was previously a fixed income analyst.

Biography Laurie Brignac is Head of Global Liquidity Portfolio Management and a Ssenior Pportfolio Mmanager for Invesco Fixed Income. Ms. Brignac and is responsible for the management of cash management products, including institutional, retail and offshore money market funds, as well as private accounts. Ms. Brignac has been in the investment business since 1989. She joined Invesco in 1992 as a money market trader and was promoted to investment officer in 1994 and senior portfolio manager in 2002. Her duties have expanded to include all forms of short-term taxable fixed income products.
Adam Wilde Portfolio Manager 2013 2019
Biography Mr. Wilde has been a Vice President of the Sub-Adviser since May 2011 and a Portfolio Manager of the Sub-Adviser since July 2013. He served as the head of credit research for the cash strategies team of the Sub-Adviser from 2011 to 2013, and as an Assistant Vice President and senior research analyst of the Sub-Adviser from 2008 to 2011. Mr. Wilde served as an intermediate research analyst of the Sub-Adviser from 2007 to 2008 and served in other analyst roles of the Sub-Adviser since 2002. Mr. Wilde joined the Sub-Adviser in 2001

Biography Mr. Proctor has been the Head of the Cash Strategies Team and a Senior Vice President of the Sub-Adviser since July 2013 and a Senior Portfolio Manager of the Sub-Adviser since January 2010. Mr. Proctor was a Vice President of the Sub-Adviser from August 2008 to July 2013. Prior to joining the Sub-Adviser, Mr. Proctor was a Vice President at Calamos Asset Management from January 2007 through March 2008 and at Scudder-Kemper Investments from 1999 through 2002. Mr. Proctor was a Managing Director and Co-Founder of Elmhurst Capital Management from June 2004 through January 2007 and was a Senior Manager of Research for Etrade Global Asset Management from 2002 through 2004. Mr. Proctor is an officer and portfolio manager of other portfolios in the OppenheimerFunds complex.Mr. Proctor received a BA in Economics from Trinity University in San Antonio. He has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Colorado."
Carol E. Wolf Senior Vice President 2011 2013
Biography Carol is head of the Denver-based Oppenheimer Cash Strategies Team. In addition, she is Portfolio Manager of the Retail and Institutional Money Market funds, and is responsible for the Money Market trading desk. She joined OppenheimerFunds in 1987 as Senior Investment Analyst for the Taxable Money Market group. Prior to joining OFI, she managed and traded over $1.2 billion in money market mutual funds for Prudential Insurance Company and pension monies for Prudential Fixed Income Advisors. Carol holds a B.A. in economics from Rutgers University and studied finance at the graduate level at New York University.
