Biography	Now Co-Chief Investment Officer, Pierre-Philippe Ste-Marie joined Optimum Asset Management’s Fixed Income team in January 2018 as Chief Investment Officer, Fixed Income. Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Razorbill Advisors, while ensuring the co-management of investments, Mr. Ste-Marie spearheaded the development of a fixed income product line that addresses the need for yields in the current low interest rate environment. In 1997, he joined National Bank of Canada where he developed the fixed income options market-making unit, successfully introducing new products to the bank. In 2001, after he completed his Master’s degree, Pierre-Philippe cofounded the National Bank credit derivatives desk.
