Biography	Chris serves as a portfolio manager for global equity strategies. Previously, Chris gained six years of related industry experience with Motorola, Inc. Chris received an MBA in finance and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Iowa. Chris has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.

Biography	Xiaoxi serves as a portfolio manager for global equity strategies. Xiaoxi joined the firm in 2006. Previously, Xiaoxi was a senior manager with Hantang Securities Co., Ltd., Beijing. His background also includes a position as a portfolio manager with Yinjian Industrial Co., Ltd., Beijing. He received an MBA from Duke University, a master's in accounting from Beijing Technology and Business University and an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of International Business and Economics. Xiaoxi is a Financial Risk Manager charterholder.He has earned the right to use the CFA.
