He was a Latin American Equity Strategist at Salomon Smith Barney from 1996 to 1998, which involved managing Latin American Equity strategies. From 1988 to 1994, he was a Senior Economist for the US government. He also served as a US Naval Officer Qualifications: MPA from SUNY Albany.
