Biography Mark Sanders transferred from Aberdeen to New Star in 2003 following the acquisition of Aberdeen's fixed interest funds. He has 28 years' investment experience, having worked for Friends Provident, Argosy Asset Management and Clerical Medical Investment Company. He currently works in the high yield sector with James Gledhill.

Biography Reed has over 30 years experience in fixed interest investment. He joined Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited in 1991, prior to which he was with Friends' Provident Life Office and the Merchant Navy Officers Pension Fund where he was Deputy Investment Manager. He is now a director of Jermyn Investment Company and Aberdeen Asset Managers where he's responsible for bonds and property investments. He is also an Associate of the Institute of Actuaries.
