Biography	Susan is a Senior Managing Director of State Street Global Advisors (SSGA), Australia, Limited and is the Head of Global Equity Beta Solutions for Asia Pacific ex Japan. In this role she has responsibility for over 120 portfolios, 7 portfolio managers across the region, approximately $140 billion in assets that include strategies across the spectrum of our index and smart beta capabilities. Susan is also a Director and Responsible Manager of SSGA Australia Services Limited, the responsible entity of SSGA funds, a member of the SSGA Australia Executive Committee, the SSGA Senior Leadership Team and various other internal committees. Susan received a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University. She also has a Graduate Diploma from the Securities Institute of Australia and, as such, has been admitted as a fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (Finsia). "
