He also led the Investment Committee at CPMS and headed up the team that managed the Canadian Momentum fund. Biography	Rick is the founder, President and Chief Investment Officer of STYLUS, responsible for investment decision making and strategic oversight of all the STYLUS funds as well as client service and marketing. Rick pioneered the practice of quantitative investment in 1976 as an analyst with CIBC and later with McLeod Young Weir after earning a Bachelor of Math degree from the University of Waterloo. In 1984, he founded CPMS and built it into the leading provider of quantitative investment research in Canada.

Biography	Maciek has 7 years of investment experience and is responsible for assisting in the management for all of the STYLUS funds. Prior to joining STYLUS, Maciek was part of the Global Capital Markets group at Scotia Capital, responsible for fund analysis and risk management. Maciek has an MBA from McMaster University and has been a CFA Charterholder since 2013.

Biography	David has 16 years of investment experience and is responsible for co-managing all of the STYLUS funds. Prior to joining STYLUS, David was a senior vice-president at CPMS responsible for assisting institutional investors in the development and implementation of quantitative investment strategies. He also served on the Investment Committee at CPMS where he led the team that managed the Canadian Growth fund. David has an MBA from McMaster University and has been a CFA charterholder since 1998.

Biography	Before joining AGF in 2010, Brian co-founded and was a portfolio manager with STYLUS Asset Management where he managed three Canadian equity pooled funds on behalf of high net worth private clients. Brian began his career with a boutique brokerage firm in 1997 and one year later joined one of Canada’s leading independent equity research firms, where he developed significant expertise in fundamental and quantitative analysis. Brian has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a CFA charterholder and Certified Financial Planner.
