Biography Mr. Stahl is a Portfolio Manager at Horizon and is Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board and is a co-founder of Horizon Kinetics. In 2000, Mr. Atkins came to Northern Trust in conjunction with the acquisition of Carl Domino Associates, where he served as Portfolio Manager for two years. Prior to working at the predecessor firm, he worked for Cantor Fitzgerald Securities in New York. His work in portfolio management encompasses his study of corporate finance, security analysis and accounting. He also has experience trading U.S. equities and fixed income for institutions and high net worth individuals. Mr. Atkins graduated with a bachelors of science in business administration from Georgetown University and is a CFA charterholder.
