Biography	Calvin Ho, Ph.D., is a senior vice president and director of research for Templeton Global Macro. Dr. Ho also serves as a portfolio manager for a number of funds, including Templeton Global Bond Fund, Templeton Global Total Return Fund and Templeton Emerging Market Bond Fund. Dr. Ho joined Franklin Templeton Investments in 2005 after obtaining his Ph.D. at UC Berkeley. Biography	Mr. Calvo is in charge of the strategic allocation and oversight of all client portfolios at BiscayneAmericas. Previously, he was Director of Global Fixed Income at Franklin Templeton Investments. In this capacity he directed all global macroeconomic and fixed income research and Investments. He also served as member of Franklin Templeton’s Global Economic Committee and was responsible for global macroeconomic analysis, with a focus on currencies, interest rates and sovereign credit analysis. Flagship funds managed by Mr. Calvo included Templeton Global Total Return Fund.

Biography	Latta is a vice president and portfolio manager with Templeton Global Bond Managers. He joined the company as a research analyst in 1991. Previously, he was a portfolio manager at Forester & Hairston, a global fixed-income investment-management firm. He also spent seven years with Merrill Lynch, first as an investment advisor to a Mideast central bank, and then working in the structured-products group in New York. Latta is a Level II Chartered Financial Analyst candidate.

Biography	Before joining Templeton Galbraith & Hansberger in 1990, Forester spent 16 months as managing director of Forester Hairston Investment Management. Previously, he also spent a year as managing director of the London office of Merrill Lynch and five years as an advisor to the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency. Forester began his career with Merrill Lynch, working 11 years in institutional sales. He says that the key to investing is to "do your homework, employ strict discipline, and be patient."

Biography	Lempereur joined Templeton Investment Counsel in 1988 as a credit analyst and became a portfolio manager that same year. Prior to joining Templeton, Lempereur was an equity analyst and assistant director of equity research at Colonial Management. He spent from 1977 to 1985 at Standish, Ayer & Wood Inc. Lempereur is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
