Later he founded and managed Personal Business Management Group, a private investments firm and family office. Mr. Rankin earned a B.S. from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from New York University.

Biography Mr. Zock is a Portfolio Manager at Tocqueville Asset Management L.P. Mr. Zock joined Tocqueville in 2006 and is a member of the Multi Cap Equity and the International Multi Cap Equity Investment Committees. He also manages discretionary and advisory portfolios for individual and institutional accounts. Prior to joining Tocqueville Mr. Zock spent 24 years with Capital Management Associates where he served as President, Chief Investment Officer and Senior Portfolio Manager of the firm. Mr. Zock holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the University of New Hampshire, a J.D. from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law and a CIS from the University of London, Kings College School of Law.

Biography Conreur is a portfolio manager with Tocqueville Asset Management, his employer since 1985. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Tucker Anthony Asset Management Company for 10 years. He has over 30 years of investment experience.
