Biography	Michael Sugrue is a Portfolio Manager for the Global Developed CEF strategy based in the London office. Michael joined CLIM in 1996 and was initially in a support role culminating in him becoming Head of Administration in 2000-2001. Michael worked for an extended period of time in the US office, where he relocated in order to support the CIO before ultimately becoming a Portfolio Manager for the Emerging Markets CEF strategy in 2004. Michael returned to London in 2008 as a Portfolio Manager for the Emerging Markets CEF team before transitioning to the Global Developed CEF strategy in 2013.

Biography	Mike Edmonds is the Lead Portfolio Manager for the International & Global Equity CEF strate¬gy based in the Philadelphia office. Mike rejoined CLIM in 2009, having previously worked in the London offices of both Olliff & Partners from 1992 to 1996 and CLIM from 1996 to 1998. Prior to rejoining CLIM, Mike spent over eight years at Morgan Stanley Investment Management with roles in marketing and product management and development. He holds a BA (Hons) in Financial Services from the University of West England. He is also a CFA Charterholder*, a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst and has passed the Investment Management Certificate (IMC). In addition, he is a Professional Member of the CMT Association and has earned the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation.

Biography	Olliff has spanned over 40 years within the investment trust (closed-end fund) sector. He began in 1964 with Denny Brothers as a market maker in the sector. In 1979, he joined Laing & Cruickshank as a member of their investment trust department and became a director in 1984. In 1987, Olliff established Olliff & Partners PLC. He then followed in 1991 with the formation of City of London Investment Management Ltd. - specializing in the management of emerging markets assets.
