Biography	Johannes Loefstrand is the portfolio manager of the Frontier Markets Fund in the Equity Division of T. Rowe Price. Johannes’s investment experience began in 2012 and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2015, beginning in the Emerging Markets Equity Division. Prior to this, he was an investment analyst at Arisaig Partners in Singapore and in Cape Town. Johannes earned a master of laws degree from the London School of Economics and a bachelor of laws degree from the University of Groningen, Netherlands.

Biography	Oliver D.M. Bell has been chairman of the committee since 2014. He joined T. Rowe Price in 2011 and his investment experience dates from 1997. He has served as a portfolio manager since joining the Firm. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, Mr. Bell worked for Pictet Asset Management Ltd where he served as an emerging markets research manager (beginning in 1997), a portfolio manager for Africa and Middle East portfolios and other emerging markets strategies (beginning in 2000), and Head of Global Emerging Markets Research (beginning in 2009). Prior to joining Pictet in 1997, Oliver worked for Derwent Information, a scientific and patent information company, for five years as a Project Manager in their Business Solutions Group. He was involved in the management of operational improvement projects, the majority of which were software development projects. Oliver graduated in 1992 with a BSc(Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Exeter. Oliver holds the Investment Management Certificate and is currently a candidate in the Association for Investment Management and Research CFA programme, Level I.
