Mr. Williams currently serves on the Management Advisory Council for the New York University Stern School of Business Michael Price Student Investment Fund and has been a guest speaker at New York University Stern School of Business, The Heilbrunn Center for Graham & Dodd Investing at Columbia Business School, the University of Florida Warrington College of Business Value Investing Program, and the Rollins College Graduate School of Business. Mr. Williams earned his MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business, where he was a recipient of the Stern Fellowship. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Biography John Damian serves as senior vice president and director of Value Equities. He joined the Value team in September 2001 as portfolio manager of Oppenheimer Small- & Mid- Cap Value Fund and was named on Barron’s Top 100 Fund Managers list four consecutive years, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. He was also promoted to director of Value Equities in February 2007. In addition, John co-manages Oppenheimer Select Value Fund (since February 2004) and related strategies. Prior to joining OppenheimerFunds, John was a senior equity analyst at Citigroup Asset Management. Prior to that, he was an equity analyst of Pzena Investment Management. John received his M.B.A., with distinction, from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1995.

He has been a member of the investment community since 1983. Mr. King recieved a B.S. in administration, summa cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Harvard Business School. In addition, he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biography Mr. Mullin joined the Columbia Management Investment Advisers, LLC in July 2013. Prior to joining the Columbia Management Investment Advisers, LLC , Mr. Mullin worked for CLSA, Asia Pacific Markets as Director, U.S. Equity Sales. Mullin is senior vice president and senior portfolio manager for Putnam Investments, his employer since 1986. Before joining the firm, he was a financial analyst with Honeywell Company from 1985 to 1986. Mullin is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and also the Consumer Analyst Group of New York. Mr. Mullin earned a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts.
