Biography Mr. Stanley is managing director and portfolio manager at Newfleet. Prior to joining Newfleet in 2011, Mr. Stanley was on the fixed income team at Goodwin Capital Advisers. He began his investment career at Goodwin Capital Advisers in 1997 and served in various capacities, including as an analyst on the emerging markets team. Mr. Stanley left Goodwin in 2001 to serve as a portfolio manager at Global Financial Private Capital, a registered investment adviser in Florida. He rejoined Goodwin in 2006 as a member of the corporate credit research group and assumed responsibilities for the management of the high yield sector in 2008. Mr. Albrycht joined the Goodwin multi-sector fixed income team in 1985 as a credit analyst and has managed fixed income portfolios since 1991.

Biography In 2010, Mr. Tai joined Third Avenue’s credit team from the Seaport Group where he was a managing director in distressed debt research specializing in distressed bonds, bank debt, trade claims and special purpose vehicles. Prior to that, Mr. Tai spent three years at Barclays Capital as a senior member of the distressed debt trading team managing more than $500 million in distressed investments. He was a director and analyst focusing on the power, oil & gas, consumer, technology, homebuilding and financial sectors. Significant restructurings Mr. Tai has invested in during his career include: Lehman Brothers, Nortel, AIG, Ainsworth Lumber, Lyondell, Ion Media, Spectrum Brands, Calpine. Previously, Mr. Tai was an equity analyst covering global semiconductors at Credit Suisse. He began his career in Lucent Technologies’ Financial Leadership Development Program. Mr. Tai is currently an adjunct professor of finance at Fordham University. He received an M.B.A. from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. Mr. Tai holds an M.S. in Accounting from Babson College and graduated with honors from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in Economics.

Biography Manases Zarco, CFA. Mr. Zarco is Managing Director, Credit Research at Newfleet, where he focuses on investments in leveraged loans, high yield bonds, and distressed debt. Prior to joining Newfleet 2012, Mr. Zarco was a vice president and senior desk analyst at Barclays, focusing on par and distressed bank loans across multiple industry sectors. Prior to Barclays, Mr. Zarco worked as a high yield and distressed desk analyst at J.P. Morgan, and he also held positions at Wells Fargo Bank and Merrill Lynch.
