Biography Barbara Reinhard CFA, Portfolio Manager, joined Voya in 2016. Ms. Reinhard is the head of asset allocation for Multi-Asset Strategies and Solutions (“MASS”) at Voya Investment Management. Biography Paul Zemsky is the chief investment officer and founder of the Multi-Asset Strategies and Solutions Team (MASS) at Voya Investment Management. He is responsible for the firm’s suite of value-added, customized and off-the-shelf products and solutions that are supported by the team’s asset allocation, manager research, quantitative research, portfolio implementation and multi-manager capabilities. Prior to joining the firm, he co-founded CaliberOne Private Funds Management, a macro hedge fund. Paul is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and a board member of Pomona Capital. Biography Derek Sasveld, CFA is the Chief Investment Officer for Multi-Asset Class Solutions at Nuveen Investments. He brings more than 23 years of experience as a multi-asset portfolio manager and strategist. Before joining Nuveen Investments in 2015, he served as a Head of Asset Allocation and Senior Portfolio Manager at ING/Voya, where he co-managed asset allocation funds and oversaw asset allocation portfolios for institutional and retail clients. Prior to Voya, Derek served as Strategist for Strategic Investment Group, managing active asset allocation portfolios for institutional clients. He also served on UBS’ multi-asset portfolio management team, where he helped build UBS’ retail multi-asset business across funds and separately managed accounts. Derek holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Biography Omar Aguilar is Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Equities and Multi-Asset Strategies for Charles Schwab Investment Management, Inc. (CSIM). He is responsible for CSIM's equity and asset allocation mutual funds and ETFs. Mr. Aguilar has more than 20 years of broad investment management experience in the equity markets, including managing index, quantitative equity, asset allocation, and multi-manager strategies. Prior to joining CSIM in April 2011, Mr. Aguilar was with Financial Engines, where he was responsible for managing more than $40 billion in assets from leading retirement plan sponsors in the defined contribution market. Prior to that, he served as head of quantitative equity for ING Investment Management (now known as Voya Investment Management), building and developing the group and managing more than $20 billion in assets with 15 global active, index,king and enhanced index strategies for pension funds, variable annuities, and mutual funds. Mr. Aguilar also served as head of quantitative research for Lehman Brothers’ alternative investment management business and as a director of quantitative research and a portfolio manager with both Merrill Lynch Investment Management and Bankers Trust. Mr. Aguilar was a Fulbright Scholar at Duke University’s Institute of Statistics and Decisions Sciences, where he earned a Master of Science and a doctorate. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in actuarial sciences and a graduate degree in applied statistics from the Mexico Autonomous Institute of Technology (ITAM).
James B. Kauffmann Portfolio Manager 2005 2009
Biography Kauffmann joined ING IM in 1996 and has over 19 years of investment experience. He has managed the fixed-income portion of the portfolio since March 2002 and he heads ING IM’s fixed-income investment team. Prior to joining ING IM, Kauffmann spent four years at Alfa Investments Inc., where he was the senior fixed-income portfolio manager. Additionally, Kauffmann has worked as an analyst.

Previously, Neil was Chief Risk Officer at ING Investment Management, Inc., managing the risk resources for U.S. investment management operations totaling $160 billion. His responsibilities included overseeing risk analysis for all fixed income and equity assets. Prior to this position he was Chief Equity Investment Officer for Aeltus Investment Management, responsible for overseeing $20 billion in AUM invested in over 15 strategies including domestic and international equity portfolios and several asset allocation and guaranteed accounts. Neil has a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from The University of Rochester and an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the Hartford Society of Financial Analysts.
