He has been portfolio manager of Ivy Tax-Managed Equity Fund since 2014 and of Ivy Focused Growth NextShares, an exchange-traded managed fund, since 2016. Mr. Klapmeyer joined the organization in 2007 as an equity investment analyst. He was appointed assistant vice president in 2010. He was assistant portfolio manager to the Large Cap Growth team from 2011 to 2016. He was appointed vice president in 2014 and senior vice president in 2018. Mr. Klapmeyer had been an associate analyst covering airlines for Prudential Equity Group, LLC from 2006 through 2007. He was an equity analyst for Commerce Bank from 2000 to 2006, where his research responsibilities were focused on electronic and health technologies. Mr. Klapmeyer graduated from Truman State University in 1999 with a BS in Finance and a minor in Economics. Mr. Klapmeyer is a CFA charterholder. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Kansas City.

Biography	Becker is Senior Vice President of IICO and WRIMCO, Vice President of the Trust, and Vice President of and portfolio manager for other investment companies for which IICO or WRIMCO serve as investment manager. Becker has been an employee of WRIMCO and its predecessor since October 1989, initially serving as an investment analyst, and has served as a portfolio manager for WRIMCO since January 1997. He earned a BS degree in Mathematical Economics from the University of Wisconsin, and holds an MS degree with an emphasis in Finance, Investments and Banking from the University of Wisconsin Graduate

Biography	Phillip Sanders joined Waddell & Reed Investment Management Company in 1998 and is a Senior Vice President and Co-Manager of Waddell & Reed's large-cap growth team. His investment experience dates back to 1988, where he spent 10 years with Bank of America Capital Management, the investment management division of Bank of America. Phillip earned a BA, Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He holds the CFA designation.

Biography	Prior to joining the company, he was a finished-products distribution manager with Proctor and Gamble Paper Products. Previously, he spent five years with the U.S. Army. Wineland holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biography	Hooper is a vice president and portfolio manager with Waddell & Reed Investment Management Company. He was previously affiliated with the Waddell & Reed from 1984 to 1991. Prior to rejoining Waddell & Reed in April 1999, he was chief investment officer and director of Owen Joseph Asset Management Company.
