Biography Michael (Mike) Schueller is a senior portfolio manager for the Plus Fixed Income team at Allspring Global Investments. He joined Allspring from its predecessor firm, Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM). He joined WFAM as a senior investment research analyst from Strong Capital Management, where he held a similar position. Mike rejoined Strong in 2000, having left the firm to start a trust department for Community Bank & Trust in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Before that, he served as associate counsel for Strong’s legal department. Prior to this, Mike practiced law with Reinhart, Boerner, Van Deuren, Norris & Rieselbach, S.C., in Milwaukee, specializing in corporate reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions. He began his investment industry career in 1998. Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Minnesota and a law degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation.

Biography Mr. Nordenfelt joined Invesco in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, he was a managing director, senior portfolio manager, and co-head of US high yield at Wells Fargo Asset Management. Before that, Mr. Nordenfelt was a principal and investment strategist at Barclays Global Investors. Prior to that, he was a quantitative analyst at Fidelity Management Trust Co. and, before that, a portfolio manager at Mellon Capital Management. Mr. Nordenfelt earned a BA degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

Biography Tom Price, Co-Portfolio Manager, High Yield. Tom Price is a co-portfolio manager, High Yield for National Investment Services. He joined the firm in August 2020 and has over 25 years of investment experience. As a member of the high yield team, he is responsible for idea generation, credit research, structure and collateral analysis. Prior to joining National Investment Services, Tom had multiple roles at Wells Fargo Asset Management where he served as a credit analyst, portfolio manager and team (2005-2020). Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Tom was a high yield bond and private placement analyst at Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance. Tom holds a B.A. in business administration from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. in finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Biography Jeff Koch, CFA, joined LGIMA as a Senior Portfolio Manager in 2012 and was promoted to Co-Head of Fixed Income in 2013. In 2019, he was promoted to Head of Active Fixed Income. Mr. Koch has over 30 years of investment grade and high yield fixed income experience. Mr. Koch earned a B.S. in Economics from the University of Minnesota, Morris and an M.B.A. with an emphasis in Finance from Washington University. Prior to joining Metropolitan West Asset Management, Mr. Koch had been at Strong Capital Management for over 13 years where he was responsible for building their high yield bond business. Prior to joining Strong, he was employed by Fossett Corporation as a market maker clerk.
