Biography Ragen Stienke has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, spanning from early stage investing in start-ups to pulbic equities. Before starting Ballast Asset Management, Ragen was a Senior Portfolio Manager of the Smid and SMidPlus products where growth of the product from infancy grow to over $3bln. Ragen graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Economics. WHile pursuing his undergraduate degree, he worked at the IC2 Institute , a research unit of the University of Texas focused on fostering constructive forms of capitalism that accelerate economic development. Upon graduation, Ragen joined Arthur Andersen in the Business Valuation Group. In 2000, he accepted a position with UBS Investment Bank's research group in New York. While at UBS, he spent three years as a research analyst focused on the software industry. In 2003, Ragen was promoted to Associate Director, where he served on the U.S. Equity Strategy team. Ragen received his CFA charter in 2003 and his a member of the CFA Institute and the Dallas Society of Financial Analyst.

Biography Mr. Graham Wong, CFA, has served as Vice President and Research Analyst since December 2010. Prior to this appointment, he served as Assistant Vice President from 2006 to 2010. He joined the Adviser Westwood Management Corp. in 2002 as an Assistant Research Analyst. He participates in the investment decision process during the portfolio team meetings in which the team decides the stock/weight selection for the target portfolio. He has authority to direct trading activity for the Fund and is also responsible for representing the Fund to investors.
David S. Spika Senior Vice President 2011 2012
Biography Spika has served as senior vice president, Investment Strategist for Westwood since 2009. Prior to this appointment, he served as vice president, Investment Strategist from 2003, when he joined Westwood. Prior to joining the Adviser, he spent 17 years with Bank of America. Spika has over 19 years of investment experience. Spika holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
