He joined William Blair from TIAA-CREF Investment Management, Inc. where he spent ten years, most recently as a co-portfolio manager(from 2003 to 2005). Previously, he was an equity analyst for TIAA-CREF responsible for covering media and entertainment stocks on a global basis. He was also a member of TIAA-CREF’s Large Cap Growth portfolio management team from 1997 to 1999. He has the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago.
