LONDON, Aug 14 (Reuters) - Spot activity was quiet on Friday
with no fresh offers heard.
* Only a few cargoes of Angolan crude remained for export in
September ahead of new loading programmes expected early next
week, with BP believed to still be offering at least two
cargoes.
* India's IOC took Iraqi Basra in a recent tender, foregoing
some west African crude.
* An OPEC+ ministerial panel monitoring the group's oil
supply reduction deal will hold its next virtual meeting on Aug.
19, a day later than previously planned, three OPEC+ sources
said on Friday, without giving a reason for the date change.
* A court in Luanda sentenced the son of former Angolan
president Eduardo Dos Santos to five years in prison over a $500
million corruption case, the Portuguese news agency Lusa
reported on Friday.
