Chaince Securities advises SKK Holdings on digital asset strategy

Chaince Securities, a registered broker-dealer and subsidiary of Mercurity Fintech Holding Inc. (MFH), has been engaged as strategic advisor to SKK Holdings Ltd. (SKK), according to a company statement.

Under the engagement, Chaince will advise the Singapore-based industrial solutions company on digital asset treasury structuring, capital markets strategy, staking and validator node opportunities, and strategic partnership development across blockchain and Web3 ecosystems.

SKK Holdings, incorporated in the Cayman Islands, provides civil engineering services specializing in subsurface utility works in Singapore. The company is engaged in planning, construction, and maintenance of public works and infrastructure projects.

"Tokenization is transforming how capital flows across global markets," said Wilfred Daye, Chief Executive Officer of Chaince. "We are excited to work with SKK Holdings to design a treasury and tokenization strategy that aligns with its growth trajectory and creates long-term value for its shareholders."

The collaboration aims to help SKK Holdings integrate digital asset capabilities into its corporate strategy to enhance capital efficiency and investor engagement. The company plans to leverage blockchain infrastructure to modernize its balance sheet, improve liquidity management, and explore asset tokenization.

Chaince Securities, founded in 1982 and headquartered in New York City, is a FINRA-registered broker-dealer that specializes in equity capital markets, investment banking, and asset management. The firm operates under CRD number 10590.
