Investing.com -- Stellantis (NYSE:STLA) has withdrawn its 2025 guidance for a moderate recovery, citing uncertainty around U.S. President Donald Trump’s evolving tariff policies and their potential market impact.

The company said the decision was driven by “evolving tariff policies, as well as the difficulty (in) predicting possible impacts on market volumes and the competitive landscape.”

Earlier this year, when presenting its 2024 results, Stellantis had projected a mid-single digit adjusted operating income margin for 2025, along with positive revenue growth and free cash flow.

In the first quarter, the carmaker reported a 14% drop in net revenues to 35.8 billion euros, slightly above the 35.4 billion euro consensus from a Reuters survey of analysts.
