The fund uses derivatives such as swaps to invest in the Euro denominated, fixed-rate corporate bonds issued by non-financial companies with a maturity to be between 1.25 and 10.5 years. It invests in high yield securities that are rated as between BB+ and CC by S&P and Fitch and between Ba1 and Ca by Moody’s.
