The fund invests in the fixed income markets of the Economic and Monetary Union (EMU) region. It invests in fixed-rate, Euro denominated sovereign bonds with a remaining maturity of between 1 and 3 years. The fund invests in investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Barclays Euro Government Bond 1-3 Year Term Index, by employing representative sampling methodology.
