The fund invests in the fixed income markets across the globe. It uses derivatives such as swaps to invest in Euro denominated, fixed-rate corporate bonds issued by financial companies and with maturity of at least 3 years. The fund invests in investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. It seeks to replicate the performance of the iBoxx EUR Liquid Corporate 100 Financials Sub-Index, by employing synthetic replication methodology.
