Xtrackers II - US Treasuries 1-3 UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by Deutsche Asset Management S.A. It is co-managed by Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management Investment GmbH and Deutsche Asset Management (UK) Limited. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of the United States. It invests in US dollar denominated, fixed-rate sovereign debt treasuries with a maturity ranging between 1 to 3 years. The fund invests in the investment grade securities that are rated as between BBB and AAA by S&P and Fitch and between Baa2 and Aaa by Moody’s. It seeks to replicate the performance of the iBoxx $ Treasuries 1-3 Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. The fund was formerly known as db x-trackers II - iBoxx $ Treasuries 1-3 UCITS ETF (DR). Xtrackers II - US Treasuries 1-3 UCITS ETF was formed on July 7, 2009 and is domiciled in Luxembourg.
