iShares III Public Limited Company - iShares Euro Corporate Bond ex-Financials UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by BlackRock Asset Management Ireland Limited. The fund is co-managed by Blackrock Financial Management Inc., BlackRock (Singapore) Limited, and BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited. It invests in the fixed income markets across the globe. The fund invests in the Euro denominated, fixed-rate, corporate bonds issued by industrial and utility companies with a minimum time to maturity of one year. It invests in the investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody's. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Barclays Euro Corporate ex-Financials Bond Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. It was formerly known as iShares III Public Limited Company - iShares Barclays Euro Corporate Bond ex-Financials. iShares III Public Limited Company - iShares Euro Corporate Bond ex-Financials UCITS ETF was formed on September 25, 2009 and is domiciled in Ireland.
