UBS (Irl) Fund Solutions plc - MSCI Emerging Markets SF UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by LSAM Investments. It is co-managed by UBS Asset Management (UK) Ltd and UBS Global Asset Management, London. The fund invests in the public equity markets of emerging countries across the globe. It uses derivatives such as swaps to invest in the stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund invests in the stocks of large-cap and mid-cap companies. It seeks to replicate the performance of the MSCI Emerging Markets Net Total Return Index, by employing synthetic replication methodology. The fund was formerly known as UBS ETFs Public Limited Company - MSCI Emerging Markets SF UCITS ETF. UBS (Irl) Fund Solutions plc - MSCI Emerging Markets SF UCITS ETF was formed on April 26, 2011 and is domiciled in Ireland.
