Biography	Grant Engelbart joined CLS in 2009. Mr. Engelbart currently serves as a manager on CLS’s aggressive mutual funds in addition to several ETF and mutual fund separate account strategies. Prior to joining CLS, he held positions at TD Ameritrade and State Street Corporation. Mr. Engelbart received his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Nebraska—Lincoln. Biography	Konstantin “Kostya” Etus specializes in international investments. He is a co-manager on two mutual funds (aggressive allocation and international) and manager on various separate account strategies, including Core Plus ETF and ESG. In addition, he manages 529 plans. Mr. Etus began his career at CLS in 2011 as a Trading Specialist and became a Research/Portfolio Analyst in early 2013. In 2016, he was promoted to Portfolio Manager. Prior to working at CLS, Mr. Etus worked as an Associate Financial Analyst at ConAgra Foods, Inc., managing the company’s global cash network. He graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and obtained Master of Investment Management and Financial Analysis and Master of Business Administration degrees from Creighton University. He holds the FINRA Series 65 securities registration and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation

Biography	Mr. Santini joined CLS in August 2011, continuing as portfolio manager.Prior to joining CLS, Mr. Santini was a portfolio manager at Milestone Capital Management, LLC for five years. Prior to serving as portfolio manager at Milestone Capital Management, LLC, Mr. Santini worked for Citigroup where he assisted clients in evaluating proprietary offerings.

Biography	Robert Jergovic, joined CLS as a portfolio manager in November 2000. In March of 2002, Mr. Jergovic was promoted to Chief Investment Officer. He also serves on the CLS Investment Committee. As Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Jergovic leads the research and analysis of the financial markets and mutual funds. Mr. Jergovic has served as a Registered Representative of Northern Lights Distributors, LLC, and its predecessor since November of 2003. Prior to that, he served as a registered representative for PFG Distribution Company (1998-1999) and vice president of Investment Management and assistant treasurer for Guarantee Life Insurance Company (1994-2000). Jergovic holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
