In addition to her portfolio management responsibilities, she was appointed Associate Director of Research at the end of 2011. Before joining the firm, she was a credit research analyst with Prudential Securities. Biography Kim Redding is the Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Redding. He has more than 20 years experience in the real estate industry and has founded and co-founded three investment advisory firms specializing in real estate securities. In 1986, Mr. Redding co-founded Redding, Melchor & Company, followed by RREEF Real Estate Securities, and Brookfield Redding LLC in September 2001. Since 1986, he has specialized in the management of institutional accounts invested in publicly-traded real estate securities, primarily REITs. Mr. Redding has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from California State University, Fullerton. Kim is on the Dean’s Advisory Board for the College of Business & Economics at California State University, Fullerton.

Biography Knudson is currently a vice president and portfolio manager with RREEF Real Estate Securities Advisers. Previously, she was a senior vice president and chief financial officer with Security Capital Group. Prior to that, she was the president, director of real estate research and a portfolio manager with Bailard, Biehl and Kaiser Real Estate Investment Trust. Knudson has more than 15 years of real estate experience, specializing in the area of real estate investment trusts.
