Biography Christian Stadlinger is the lead portfolio manager with Columbia Management Investment Advisers, LLC. Prior to joining the Value Strategies Team in 2003, Mr. Ginsberg worked for Pilgrim, Baxter, & Associates from 2002 to 2003 as a research analyst, and BlackRock Inc. as co-manager for the mid-cap value product and analyst for the small-cap value product from 1998 to 2002. Mr. Ginsberg has been in the investment community since 1987. Mr. Ginsberg earned his bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics/Economics from Brown University and his MPPM in Finance from the Yale School of Management. Biography David Hoffman is a senior portfolio manager at Columbia Threadneedle Investments. He is co‐lead portfolio manager on a midcap value product and portfolio manager on a smid‐cap value product. Mr. Hoffman joined one of the Columbia Threadneedle Investments legacy firms in 2001. Prior to his curren trole, Mr. Hoffman held other key research positions, including director of equity research, deputy director of research, and senior research analyst. Previously,Mr. Hoffman worked for Zurich Scudder Investments in several capacities. In addition to serving as an equity analyst covering consumer staples companies and real estate investment trusts, Mr. Hoffman co‐managed a dividend and growth fund, and co‐managed the firm’s value team of more than 20 portfolio managers and analysts. His earlier investment experience includes tenure as managing director, portfolio manager and analyst at HVB Asset Management, and as a vice president in real estate investments at Hypo Bank and its affiliates. He began his career in financial services at Swiss Bank Corp. He has been a member of the investment community since 1986. Biography Paul is a Portfolio Manager for Contrarian Equity. He joined Columbia Management (formerly, RiverSource Investments, LLC) in August 1995 and has been in the industry since 1987. He joined RiverSource Investments as the team leader for the Latin American Research Group, where he focused on Latin American banks, bottlers, brewers, and oil and gas companies. In August 1998, he assumed a senior equity analyst position focusing on brokerage and asset management companies in the financial sector and was promoted to Financial Sector Team Leader in 2002. Paul was promoted to Associate Portfolio Manager on the Contrarian Equity Team in August 2006 and moved into his current capacity as Portfolio Manager in June 2007. He was previously employed as the Vice President of Investment Banking at JP Morgan Securities. He earned a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan School of Business and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business.

Biography Laton Spahr serves as portfolio manager of the Large Cap Value, Dividend Value and Mid Cap Value strategies. Prior to joining the firm in March 2013, Laton was a senior portfolio manager at Columbia Management Investment Advisors since 2003, managing value and income strategies across institutional and retail investment channels. During his twelve-year tenure at Columbia Management, he also conducted equity risk management, analyzed and traded derivatives and structured products, and was a technology analyst. Laton was an equity analyst at Holland Capital Management from 1999 to 2001, a research intern at Friess Associates from 1998 to 1999, and a commercial loan officer at Jackson State Bank from 1997 to 1998. He holds a B.S. in finance and minor in accounting from the University of Wyoming and an M.S. in finance, investments, and banking as part of the Applied Security Analysis program at the University of Wisconsin. Laton is also a CFA charterholder.
Warren E. Spitz Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager 2002 2009
Biography Warren is Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager for the Contrarian Equity Team. Warren was previously employed as a portfolio manager with Prudential Global Asset Management from 1987 to 2000 and as a senior electric utilities analyst with Dean Witter Reynolds from 1985 to1987. Prior to Dean Witter Reynolds, he worked in the equity research department at Value Line where he was an underwriter with Travelers Insurance Company.
