Biography Kim Scott,Senior Vice President of Ivy Investment Management Company, has served as portfolio manager of the Fund since May 2014. She has been portfolio manager of Ivy Mid Cap Growth Fund since 2001 and of Ivy VIP Mid Cap Growth since 2005. She has been co-portfolio manager of Ivy Mid Cap Income Opportunities Fund since 2014. She assumed co-portfolio manager responsibilities for the mid cap growth product suite in 2016. Ms. Scott joined the organization in 1999 as an equity investment analyst. She was appointed assistant vice president in 2000. She was appointed vice president in 2001 and senior vice president in 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Scott served in various levels of research positions throughout her career affiliated with the following companies: Bartlett & Company, NBD Bank, Johnson Investment Counsel, Inc. and the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Her primary responsibilities included fundamental analysis of companies and equities for mutual funds, separate accounts, and personal trusts. Through this experience, Ms. Scott provided sector coverage for consumer non-durables, technology, retail, food and beverage, and tobacco. Ms. Scott graduated from the University of Kansas in 1982 with a BS in Microbiology. She earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Cincinnati in 1987. Ms. Scott is a CFA charterholder. She is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Kansas City.

Biography Mr. Halverson has been a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager of DIFA’s mid cap growth strategy since 2021. Prior to joining DIFA, Mr. Halverson served as Senior Vice President of Ivy since 2018 and served as Portfolio Manager of Ivy’s small cap growth strategy since 2016. He began his investment career in 2002 and has a BS and MS from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Biography Alex Ely Senior Vice President, Chief Investment Officer — Small/Mid-Cap Growth Equity Alex Ely joined Macquarie Investment Management (MIM) in February 2016 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Bennett Lawrence Management, LLC, a New York¬–based US growth equity manager. Prior to joining the firm as CIO of Small/Mid-Cap Growth Equity, he was portfolio manager and chief portfolio strategist at Bennett Lawrence. Ely joined Bennett Lawrence in 1997 as a portfolio analyst, and in 2002 he was promoted to portfolio manager. Before joining Bennett Lawrence, he was an equity product manager at Oppenheimer Management. From 1988 to 1989, he was a strategy clerk at the Boston Stock Exchange. Ely earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of New Hampshire.

Prior to joining Jackson Square, he was a portfolio manager and equity analyst on the Delaware Investments Focus Growth Equity team from April 2005 to April 2014. The Focus Growth Equity team managed large-cap growth, smid-cap growth, all-cap growth and global growth portfolios. Prior to joining Delaware Investments, he was a principal and portfolio manager at Transamerica Investment Management, where he managed sub-advised funds and institutional separate accounts. Biography Mr. Tung joined Turner in 2013. Prior to joining Turner, Mr. Tung was employed with Expo Capital Management as a senior analyst from 2010 to 2012 and joining Delaware Investments in November 2006 as an equity analyst covering the technology and healthcare sectors for the firm’s Emerging Markets team, he worked for 20 months as a vice president at the Galleon Group, performing fundamental research in the medical technology and biotechnology sectors. From late 2003 to 2005 he was an analyst responsible for investing in healthcare equities for Hambrecht & Quist Capital Management, and he spent most of 2003 as a junior analyst for Durus Capital Management. He began his professional career in the medical field from 2001 to the beginning of 2003, first as a physician at the Lemuel Shattuck Hospital of the Tufts University School of Medicine and then as an anesthesiologist at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center at the Harvard Medical School. Dr. Tung received bachelor’s degrees in economics and biology, summa cum laude, from George Washington University, where he spent a year at Oxford University in England as one of only three students awarded the Pembroke College Scholarship. He earned his medical doctorate and an MBA from the Tufts University School of Medicine. Dr. Tung is also a licensed physician in New York State.

Biography Rudy D. Torrijos III Vice President, Portfolio Manager Rudy D. Torrijos joined Delaware Investments in July 2005, where he serves as a portfolio manager with a focus on the technology sector for the firm’s Emerging Growth Equity team. He spent the prior two years as a technology analyst at Fiduciary Trust, where he was responsible for sector management of technology stocks for small-cap equity products. From 1997 to 2002 he worked for Neuberger Berman Growth Group, first as an analyst and then as fund manager. Torrijos worked as a technology analyst at Hellman Jordan Management for three years, and he began his career as a marketing/strategic financial planning analyst at Unocal in Los Angeles. Torrijos attended Harvard University, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics/economics.

Biography Mr. Holland is a Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Strategic Fixed Income where he has worked since 1993. In addition to having primary responsibility for Strategic’s interest rate trading and strategy, Mr. Holland has primary portfolio management responsibility for a number of global and international fixed income portfolios. He has worked closely with Mr. Windheim over the last 10 years in the development of Strategic’s fundamental interest rate and currency models. Overall, he has over 15 years of trading and portfolio management experience in global macro markets. Mr. Holland holds a BA in economics from the University of Richmond and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Biography Barry S. Gladstein Vice President, Equity Analyst/Philadelphia Mr. Gladstein joined Delaware in 1995. Prior to that he was director of operational planning at CIGNA Corporation from 1991-1995 and a senior accountant with Arthur Young & Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
