Biography	James Welch - Portfolio Manager James is a portfolio manager at Principal Global Investors. He is responsible for managing tax exempt portfolios. James joined the firm in 2014. Biography	Troutman is a vice president with The Dreyfus Corporation. He also serves as vice president and investment officer for other companies advised or administered by Dreyfus. Prior to joining Dreyfus in 1985, Troutman was a vice president and portfolio manager at CIGNA Corporation from 1977 to 1985. Before joining CIGNA, he was a municipal bond analyst with Dreyfus and Dean Witter Inc. Troutman began his investment career in 1970 as a fixed-income securities analyst with the Hartford Insurance Group.
