Biography Michael McHugh joined Dynamic in 1996. He has 27 years of industry experience and he is responsible for the management of over $8 billion in fixed-income assets. In 1989, he joined the Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan and, in 1993, he managed fixed-income portfolios for the Ontario Hospital Association Investment Management Inc. Michael holds both an Honors Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s degree in economics. He received his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1991.
