Bert served at Raymond James & Associates as Chief Investment Officer and as Chairman of the Raymond James Focus List Committee. Prior to his tenure at Raymond James & Associates, Bert was an analyst for Standard & Poor’s. He earned his B.A. from City College of New York in 1970 and his M.B.A. from St. John's University in 1977. He is a CFA charterholder.

Biography	Principal, Chief Executive Officer and Portfolio Manager, as well as a member of Aristotle Boston’s investment team since 2015. Prior to joining Aristotle Boston, Mr. Adams served as Managing Director and Portfolio Co-Manager at Eagle Boston Investment Management (“Eagle Boston”) from 2006 to 2014. Prior to working for Eagle Boston, he served as Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Pioneer Investment Management, Inc. Mr. Adams began his investment career in 1990. Biography	John (Jack) McPherson, CFA, Principal, President and Portfolio Manager, has managed the portion of the Fund’s assets allocated to Aristotle Boston since 2015. Mr. McPherson has been with Aristotle Boston since 2014 and has over 25 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Aristotle Boston, Jack serves as a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Eagle Boston. Prior to joining Eagle Boston, he was a Vice President and Portfolio Manager of the Pioneer Small Cap Value Fund at Pioneer Investment Management. Jack also spent over 12 years in portfolio management and research roles at Middleton & Company, Evergreen Investment Management, and Atlantic Trust Private Wealth Management. He graduated from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College with an M.B.A. in 2005 and earned his B.S. from Northeastern University in 1990. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the Boston Security Analysts Society, Inc.
