Biography	Arne Simensen launched Fondsfinans Norden in 2015 and has managed the fund since inception. He has 10 years of experience from Nordic private equity investments at Verdane Capital Advisors and investment banking at Morgan Stanley. Simensen holds a BSc (Hons) from Manchester Business School (UMIST) as well as a MSc from Stockholm School of Economics.

Biography	Mads Andreassen graduated with a Master’s degree from the Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen (NHH - Siviløkonomstudiet). Andreassen has worked in asset management since 2004 and previously worked as Head Portfolio Manager at Sector Asset Management. Andreassen also has experience as a portfolio manager from the Global Healthcare team at Sector Asset Management. Andreassen has been with Fondsfinans Kapitalforvaltning since 2018.

Biography	Odd Hellem er utdannet siviløkonom fra NHH i 1977. Han har videreutdanning som Autorisert Finansanalytiker (1993), Porteføljeforvaltereksamen NFF (2001) og MBA. Hellem har arbeidet mer enn 30 år i finansmarkedene. Han har tidligere vært ansatt i Kredittilsynet, Christiania Bank og Kreditkassen, samt stiftet og vært viseadministrerende direktør i Finansbanken ASA. Siden 1991 har han vært ansatt og senere partner i Fondsfinans. Hellem har siden 2003 jobbet i Fondsfinans Kapitalforvaltning.
