She was named Portfolio Manager in 2003 and was promoted to her current role in 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. McOuatt spent two years at a Canadian chartered bank as a registered representative and options trader. She is a graduate of the Univ. of Regina.

He began working on the Bissett Bond Fund in 1997 and, in January 1999, he assumed responsibility for Bissett's fixed income programs. Currently as VP, Director of Fixed Income, Mr. Le Blanc is the lead manager for Bissett's fixed income portfolios and is responsible for economic and fixed income research.
