He has an MSc in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford and is a CFA charterholder.

Biography	Dr. Hancock is the head of the Focused Equity team, a portfolio manager for GMO’s Quality Strategies and a partner of the firm. Previously at GMO, he was co-head of the Global Equity team. Prior to joining GMO in 1995, he was a research scientist at Siemens and a software engineer at IBM. Dr. Hancock holds BS and MS degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a PhD in Computer Science from Harvard University.

Biography	Mr. Cowan, Co-Head, Global Equity Team, GMO. Mr. Cowan has provided research and portfolio management services to GMO’s global equity portfolios since 2006 and has been the Co-Head of the Global Equity Team since September 2012.

Biography	Member, Quantitative Equities Division, GMO. Mr. Joyce is jointly (with Messrs. Wilderman and Hancock) responsible for portfolio management and oversight of U.S. Quality Equity Fund. Since the Fund’s inception in 2004, Mr. Joyce has played a lead role in its design, research and management. Previously, Mr. Joyce shared responsibility for research and management of all U.S. quantitative equity strategies since 1998.

Biography	Mr. Wilderman is the co-Head of Asset Allocation Team and Developed Fixed Income Team for GMO. Mr. Wilderman has been responsible for overseeing the portfolio management of GMO’s asset allocation portfolios since September 2012, and for overseeing the portfolio management of GMO’s developed fixed income portfolios since November 2014. Previously, Mr. Wilderman had been Co-Head of GMO’s Global Equity Team since 2009.

Biography	Choi is a senior member of the U.S. Quantitative Division at Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Co(GMO). From 1994 to 2005, he was a member of the division responsible for managing GMO's U.S. active equity portfolio. Choi has conducted security analysis and research on the automobile, telecommunications, media, and technology industries. Prior to joining GMO in 1994, he worked in the Equity Research Department of Furman Selz, Inc.

Biography	Murphy is on GMO's U.S. equity quantitative investment team with a special focus on product management. Prior to joining GMO, she was a partner and co-head of product management for INVESCO within its structured products group. Previously, Murphy held senior positions with Nicholas Applegate, UBS and the DAIS Group/Templeton.
Chuck Joyce	Lead Portfolio Manager	2004	2007
Biography	Mr. Joyce is the lead manager for quality quantitative portfolios. Prior to joining GMO in 1998, he worked for IBM and the U.S. Semiconductor Consortium, Sematech. Mr. Joyce earned his B.S. from Cornell University and his M.B.A. in Finance from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Jeremy Grantham	founding Partner, Portfolio Manager	2004	2006
Biography	Grantham is a founding partner of Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Company. He has been engaged in the company's equity and fixed-income portfolio management since its inception in 1977.
