Biography André R. Chabot is the founder, CEO, and CIO of Triasima and the father of the Three-Pillar Approach™. He holds a degree in Engineering, a Master of Business Administration, and he is a CFA® charterholder. Mr. Chabot has been managing assets for institutional and high net worth clients for over 30 years. From 1980 to 1987, he worked in the field of corporate finance for the Chase Manhattan Bank and the Bank of Montreal. He joined Bolton Tremblay in 1987 where he was involved in asset mix studies and the management of equities. In 1996, Mr. Chabot joined Magna Vista Capital Management.

Biography Martin Ferguson is a Director and Portfolio Manager at Mawer Investment Management Ltd., which he joined in 1996. He is co-manager of the Canadian small cap equity mandates at Mawer. In December of 2014, Mr. Ferguson won the prestigious Domestic Equity Fund Manager of the Year award at the 20th annual Morningstar Awards, an award he also received in 2011. Mr. Ferguson earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta in 1982, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder. Mr. Ferguson is a member of the CFA Institute and the Calgary CFA Society.

Biography Greg has more than 27 years of investment experience. In 1998, he became one of the founding partners at Cypress Capital Management and today is the company’s President. Before joining Cypress, Greg was a managing partner at M.K. Wong & Associates (now HSBC Asset Management Canada Ltd.) where he was the lead on their Lotus Canadian Equity and Hong Kong Bank Small Cap Growth funds.
