A native of Tianjin, China, Mr. Cao earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the Tianjin Foreign Language Institute and a MBA from Texas A&M University. He is a CPA and a CFA.

Biography	Jason Holzer is a lead manager and portfolio manager. He began his investment career as an associate with JMB Realty in 1994. He joined Invesco in 1996 as a senior analyst and assumed his portfolio management duties in 1999. Mr. Holzer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in quantitative economics and a Master of Science degree in engineering-economic systems from Stanford University. He is a CFA charterholder.

Prior to Wells Capital Management, Mr. Leach was an equity analyst at Bankers Trust and Conseco Capital Management. He began his investment career in 1993 while, as a full-time graduate student, he worked part time as a research analyst in the fixed income group at Merrill Lynch Capital Markets. Before attending graduate school, he was a manufacturing engineer at Applied Magnetics Corporation. Mr. Leach earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He is a CFA charterholder.

Biography	Paul Rasplicka, (lead manager), Senior Portfolio Manager, who has been responsible for the Fund since 2004 and has been associated with Invesco and/or its affiliates since 1994. Rasplicka,is a senior portfolio manager with AIM Advisors. His employer since 1994 associated with AIM. Prior to joining the firm, he served as vice president and portfolio manager at INVESCO Trust Company from 1994 to 1998. Previous to that, he was with Daniel Breen Company, serving as vice president and partner. He began his investment career in 1982 as an equity research analyst with Fayez Sarofim Company. Rasplicka holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biography	Sides is a senior portfolio manager at Invesco Aim. He began his career in 1989 as a financial para-planner at Summit Asset Advisors. He has worked in progressive roles at the company since joining in 1990 and is a currently senior portfolio manager. He graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a master’s degree in International Business. He holds a BSc in Economics from Bucknell University.

Biography	Kippes is senior vice president and portfolio manager with AIM Capital Management. He joined the company in 1989 as a research assistant. In 1992, he was named head of equity research and was named portfolio manager later that same year. In 1994, he was promoted to his current position. He began his investment career in 1989.
Jay K. Rushin	Senior Vice President	2000	2002
Biography	Rushin joined SunAmerica in December 2005 and is currently a senior vice president and portfolio manager. Prior to joining SunAmerica, he was a lead portfolio manager at AIM Management Group, where he was responsible for a small-cap and mid-cap growth team, and its respective portfolios from 1998 to 2005. He has over ten years experience in the investment industry. Rushin holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
