Mr. Dudley earned a BBA and an MBA from Baylor University. He is a CFA charterholder and member of the CFA Society of Atlanta.

Biography	Brian Norris is a Senior Portfolio Manager on the Structured Securities team. He is responsible for providing advice and trading for the mortgage-related products and working collectively with the Structured Securities team to implement strategies throughout the fixed income platform. Additionally, Mr. Norris is a mortgage-backed securities trader and director for Invesco Mortgage Capital, Inc., a mortgage REIT sub-advised by Invesco Fixed Income. Mr. Norris has been in the industry since 1999. He began his investment career with Todd Investment Advisors in Louisville, Kentucky, as a securities trader. Mr. Norris joined Invesco in 2001 and served for five years as an account manager. In that role, he was responsible for communicating the fixed income investment process and strategy to both clients and consultants. Mr. Norris became a portfolio manager in 2006 and was named senior portfolio manager in 2014. Mr. Norris earned a BS degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Louisville. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biography	Jason Marshall is a Senior Portfolio Manager on the Structured Securities team with a focus on the mortgage-backed securities (MBS) sector. He works collectively with the Structured Securities team to implement strategies throughout the Invesco Fixed Income platform. Additionally, he is a Portfolio Manager and Investment Committee member for Invesco Mortgage Capital, a mortgage REIT subadvised by Invesco Fixed Income. Mr. Marshall entered the industry in 1997, working for PNC Financial Services Group Inc. before joining Invesco in 2007. He was most recently vice president of portfolio management, where he was responsible for the trading and strategic implementation of the firm’s mortgagebacked securities portfolio. Mr. Marshall earned a BS degree in finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He earned an MBA with a concentration in finance from Duquesne University.

Biography	Ms. Huang has been associated with Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc., in an investment management capacity since August 2008 and began managing each Portfolio in August 2008. Prior to August 2008, Huang was a Director and portfolio manager at Highland Capital from January 2007 to August 2008. From April 2004 to January 2007, she was a portfolio manager with Credit Suisse. From 1999 to 2003, she was at BlackRock Financial Management, where she was mortgage strategist and a fixed income quantitative analyst. Prior to that, she was a credit analyst at Citibank. Huang holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biography	Richard is a managing director and portfolio manager with Morgan Stanley Investment Advisors, his employer since 1992. Previously, he was a partner with Miller, Anderson and Sherrerd. Before that, he spent five years with Goldman, Sachs and Company, where he served as head of fixed-income research and head of mortgage research. Richard was an associate editor of the Journal of Finance from 1983 to 1988.

Biography	Sella is a managing director of Morgan Stanley Investment Advisors Inc. He joined the firm in November 1992. Sella served as a financial analyst from 1992 until 1998 when he became a portfolio manager.

Biography	Luo is an executive director of Morgan Stanley Investment Advisors. He has been associated with the firm in an investment management capacity since 1998.

Biography	Neil is a member of the Fixed Income team. He joined Morgan Stanley Investment Management in 1995 and has been with financial industry since 1985. Previously, he served as a vice president in mortgage research at Morgan Stanley. Prior to joining the firm, Neil was a director of fixed income research at Credit Suisse First Boston. He received a B.S. in accounting and decision sciences and an M.B.A. in social systems sciences from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
