Biography	Justin Speer is a portfolio manager for the Invesco Van Kampen Small Cap Growth Fund. Justin Speer joined Invesco in 2010. Previously, he was an analyst for the Van Kampen Small Cap Growth strategy. Prior to joining Van Kampen Investments in 2008, Mr. Speer served as an equity research analyst with Credit Suisse, where he focused on the enterprise software, electric utilities and homebuilding/building product industries. He entered the fi nancial industry in 2002. Mr. Speer earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Christian University with an emphasis on fi nance and accounting.

Biography	Scott Miller began investing his own portfolio in public equities upon graduating from Stanford Business School in 2000, beating the market by thousands of basis points annually for nearly a decade before finally accepting requests from friends and family to do the same for them. This led to the development of MVM Funds and Greenhaven Road Capital Fund 1 , a boutique investment management firm with the patience and confidence to step outside of the norm. Biography	Brickhouse, executive director and portfolio manager of MSIM Inc., has worked for the firm since 1997 and joined the investment team in 1997. Prior to that time, he was a vice president and portfolio manager with NationsBank Investment Management, since 1985.

Biography	Janet Luby is a portfolio manager associated with Invesco and/or its affiliates since 2011. Prior to joining Invesco in 2011, Mr. Luby was a senior portfolio manager with Amegy Bank, N.A. She also was with Van Kampen Investments for 12 years, most recently as a senior portfolio manager of grouth equity products. Ms. Luby entered the industry in 1987 when she joined AIM investments (the US retail predecessor to Invesco) in the Fund Accounting department before transferring to an equities analyst position. Ms. Luby earned a BBA degree in finance from Texas A&M University. She is a CFA charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Biography	David is a research analyst, joining Trillium in October, 2012. Most recently, he was a financial advisor with UBS Financial Services’ Boston office. David has spent most of his career at Van Kampen Funds in Houston. His last position at Van Kampen was as Senior Portfolio Manager of the Van Kampen Technology Fund/Morgan Stanley Technology Fund, which was one of the top performing funds in this sector during his tenure per multiple metrics, including Mornginstar rankings.
