Biography E. Clifton Hoover, Jr., CFA joined Dreman Value Management L.L.C., in 2006 as the co-Chief Investment Officer, Portfolio Manager and Managing Director. He was recently named as the firm’s Chief Investment Officer. In his role as CIO, he has investment oversight responsibilities for all of the products the firm offers.
