Mr. Craddock received a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from the University of California, San Diego, in 1992 and a master’s degree in 1996 in Pacific international affairs from UCSD’s Graduate School of International Relations and Pacific Studies.

Mr. Hill received bachelor’s degree in 1972 from Leeds University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries, U.K.

Richard L. Holbrook Senior Vice President, investment Strategist 1993 1995
Biography Holbrook is a senior vice president of global equities and an investment strategist with Bailard, Biehl and Kaiser. He has been with the company since 1979. Holbrook says he looks for good-valued countries and stocks and then tries to determine what would cause that value to be realized. He then looks for price-trend confirmations and buys or sells accordingly.
