He is also a senior portfolio manager for high yield and blended credit portfolios for Lehman Brothers Asset Management LLC and its predecessor ("LBAM"), an affiliate of Neuberger Berman. Biography Ann H. Benjamin, Managing Director, joined the firm in 1997. Ann is the Chief Investment Officer for Non-Investment Grade Credit and Co-Portfolio Manager for high yield portfolios and blended credit strategies. She directs all aspects of the non-investment grade credit business including research, trading and portfolio management. Ann serves on the firm’s Partnership Committee and is a member of the investment team setting overall strategy. She came to the firm with 16 years of experience in the investment business, including eight years at Stein Roe where she managed the Stein Roe Income Fund, the High Yield Fund, and $3.5 billion in insurance assets which included international and emerging market debt. Other experience includes Allstate Insurance Company where Ann co-managed $1 billion in high yield assets and Westinghouse Credit Corporation, where she managed high yield, mezzanine debt and equity securities. Ann earned a BA from Chatham College and a Master’s degree in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University. She is also a member of the Women’s Board of the Lincoln Park Zoo of Chicago.

Biography Timothy S. Van Kirk, CPA, is a Managing Director of the Manager, Neuberger Berman LLC and NBFI. Mr. Van Kirk's responsibilities include the portfolio management of collateralized loan obligations and managing separate accounts which invest in bank loans. He has co-managed the Fund since 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Van Kirk was responsible the portfolio management of collateralized loan obligations and managing separate accounts which invest in bank loans for another firm from 2002 to 2007.
