Prior to joining Aristotle Pacific in 2016, Mr. Zhang spent two years at Goldman Sachs, where he worked as an associate in the Debt Underwriting Group. Prior to that, Mr. Zhang was an associate in KPMG's Advisory practice. Tommy has more than 10 years of investment experience. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from UCLA. Prior to joining Pacific Asset Management (now Aristotle Pacific Capital) in 2007, Michael worked in investment banking, including as vice president in the Leveraged Finance Group at Royal Bank of Scotland. Michael has over 26 years of investment experience. He earned a bachelor’s degree (summa cum laude) in business-economics from UCLA and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. Michael is a CFA charterholder and member of the CFA Society of Orange County.

Biography	JP is a senior managing director for Aristotle Pacific Capital and member of the firm’s Executive Committee. JP is a portfolio manager for the Corporate (Bank) Loan and CLO Strategies. Prior to being a founding member of Pacific Asset Management (now Aristotle Pacific Capital) in 2007, JP was a senior member of Pacific Life’s credit research team, overseeing investments in corporate bonds, high-yield, and bank-loan securities from 1997 to 2006. Prior to joining Pacific Life, JP was a member of Credit Lyonnais’ Leveraged Finance Group. JP has over 27 years of investment and banking experience and holds a bachelor’s degree from UCLA and an MBA from Columbia University.

Biography	Rosiak is a senior managing director and portfolio manager of Pacific Asset Management since 2007. He has responsibility for overseeing Pacific Asset Management’s portfolio management activities. Prior to Pacific, he was an executive director of UBS Investment Bank from 2006 to 2007 and senior vice president of PIMCO serving as a leveraged loan portfolio manager and head of high yield trading from 1996 to 2005. He has a BA from the University of California, Los Angeles and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
