Previously, Seth was a fixed income trader at Fidelity and has held various positions in the industry. Seth earned a Bachelor of Science in French from Georgetown University and a Master of Science in Finance from Boston College. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Boston.

Mr. Melchreit received an MS degree in Statistics from Yale University in 2005.
