He began his career in fixed income in 1990 and also has extensive experience with quantitative and fundamental portfolio management. Matt received his bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Swarthmore College, graduating with distinction, and his MBA from the University of Chicago. Biography	George is chief investment officer and global head of equities for Principal Asset Management. In this role, he possesses leadership responsibility for the equities platform including managing more than 120 investment professionals across the firm's global investment centers. Maris also serves as portfolio manager on the firm's international equity strategies. George joined Principal in 2023, most recently serving as Head of Equities - Americas at Janus Henderson where he was a member of the firm’s executive committee, and as lead portfolio manager on the firm’s international and global alpha equity strategies where the international fund received the 2024 Lipper Award.* Prior to Janus Henderson, George was lead portfolio manager of the domestic core, international core and global equity strategies at Northern Trust Global Investments. Paul was named a portfolio manager for international core in 2000. He received an MBA from Drake University and a bachelor's degree in finance from Iowa State University. Biography	Juliet is a portfolio manager at Principal Global Equities. Juliet is also active in company research with an emphasis on the telecommunications and utility sectors. She joined the firm in 2003 as a portfolio manager for European equities. Prior to joining PGE, Juliet served as a director and senior portfolio manager at Allianz Dresdner Asset Management (formerly Kleinwort Benson). Prior to that she was a fund manager at the London firms of Capel Cure Myers, Rowe Price Fleming and Schroders. Juliet received a Bachelor's degree in mathematics from Trinity College, Cambridge University.
