Biography	Clive Smith is a senior portfolio manager for Russell Investments. Based in the Sydney office, Clive’s responsibilities include researching Australian fixed income managers as well as managing Russell Investment’s Australian fixed income and cash portfolios. Prior to joining Russell Investments, Clive worked with TOWER Asset Management (Aust) Limited for eight years in a variety of research/strategy and portfolio management roles covering Australian fixed income and listed property as well as domestic and global equity markets.
